Hello, we are my 8 years old son Bruno and me, Marko, 45 years old German living in Catalonia since 1998. We do not have pets (yet). I am a finance executive in a tech company and my son attends German primary school in Barcelona.
We are easy going, love sports & food and garden. We regularly play paddle tennis at the local tennis club and you can spot us during weekends jogging and going by bike on Casteldefels' beach line. I love plants and maintain a small garden on our rooftop full of flowers and vegetables. I love soccer as well and attend the local team´s matches.
Bruno, above all, loves music, dancing and painting. He likes to play basketball and loves to swim.

Welcome to our flat.
This is a 75m2 big flat in the upper floor of a friendly building with neighbours with swimming pool. The flat as a private top roof of the size of the flat from which you have a view on the mediterean Sea and the Garraf mountains.
The flat is a very friendly and sunny, with windows to eastern, southern and northern direction. Natural light guaranteed for most of the day. From the bedroom and the living room you have access to an ample balcony - a perfect place for a sunny Sunday morning breakfast.
The flat has a small square kitchen, with enough space for meals, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Additionally there is a wardrobe room and a small office with a desk. The living room is ample as well. The flat is ample enough for 4 people.
A 75m2 private rooftop is the treasure of the flat: when on it you feel completely alone, as there is no surrounding neighbor able to look from above. The rooftop is equipped with a eating table, a pergola, deck chairs, a chill out corner, a small bbq and lots of plants..

Welcome to our neighborhood.
You lodge in a privileged situation. Two streets away from the wide beach, you are in the most commercial beach area of Castelldefels. At 500m walking distance you have bakeries, farmacies, vegetable stores, fish shops, butcher, small supermarkets, banks and an endless number of restaurants. At weekends and in summer, people from Barcelona line up to visit this spot! Nevertheless, the flat is quiet and village like.
The connection to Barcelona is very fluent. The highway starts around the corner and without traffic jam you are in less than 25min in the city center of Barcelona. Two train stations - both around 1km-1,5km away from home - will bring you for about 1 euro in 20min to the main station of Barcelona. Trains have a high frequency, usually every 10 or 20min depending on the train station you choose.

Casteldefels
The city is THE beach location in the south of Barcelona. Roughly 70.000 inhabitants spread over a city like center, a less densely populated residential area close to the beach and several complexes at the hillside. You have a wide, 15km long beach, 7km of which are a walkable paved ways, which ends at a splendid marina.
The city is a paradise for sports lover…the '92 Olympics rowing channel offers kitesurf training and rowing opportunities, the beach has many sport fields, kitesurf facilities and there a many sports clubs around where you can swim, do fitness, play tennis, hockey, etc
Casteldefels is a popular place for Barcelona people to go to eat out. You have many restaurant options to go out, all in walking distance from the flat.
To teh south, over a rocky 10km coast hill route you get to the cultural fishermen village Sitges, known for its art galleries, culinary fairs, cultivated beaches and its LGBT tourism. The Penedes wine region is close as well.
Of course, you have Barcelona around the corner with all its offerings. Barcelona Airport is 12km from Castelldefels.

I would be grateful if you respect all neighbours and don´t party. This is am quiet family building, despite being close to many night life options. Of course, I would ask you to maintain all in a good state.
