The apartment is located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Colonia Santa Inés (Teatinos). It is like a small village just next to the University and the Palais de Justice, and it is surrounded by gardens and even a small lake, a perfect match if you want to practice sports such as football, basketball or running. At the same time, you can easily get to the city centre, as well as the beach, either by car (15 minutes) or by public transport (30-40 minutes, bus lines 8, 23 and 21). It is also very easy to park in the surrounding streets.
