A big and very very sunny apartment with a balcony near Barcelona.
At 20 minutes to the center in public transport (metro - subway and buses).
Also at 20 minutes to the Viladecans beach (big family friendly beach) in car, or at 30 to Castelldefels in train (and other destinations like Sitges, Vilanova i la Geltrú...).

1 double bedroom, 1 single spacious bedroom and kids room with a bunk bed and a coat.
Spacious livingroom (with optional table) and separate kitchen with dinning table.
The coach is very big and is acceptable to sleep there, but these isn't counted in the 4 seats.
There are different childplay areas arround the area. Also two food markets to buy good fresh food at good price.
The kitchen is well equipped.

About the wheelchair adapted. The bathrooms are not adapted (they will be next year, working on it). Our daughter use wheelchair so it is suitable if the disabled person can take bath in a tube.

At 5 minutes to the subway and train (Cercanias) station. Also very well connected to roads to go to Barcelona or exit it to go to other areas (beach, Montserrat, other cities and towns of Catalonia...).
Also very close to the airport. There are buses at 10 min walking from the apartment that go direct to/from the airport in 30 min (or less depends on the terminal).
