House (100m²) with big garden in green suburbs of Berlin. There's a lot of parking space, too.
S-Bahn/Metro within walking distance (15 min); you can also find safe parking places near the station. Within 30 minutes you can be in the center of Berlin.
We have 3 little children, hence there's lots of space for playing outside (trampoline, sandpit, swings,...) and inside (2 childrens rooms, spacious living room).
Our neighbourhood is calm and very green, nevertheless you can find everything you need - supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors etc.
Our house was build 1930; so we are in the process of renovating. Not everything is perfect, but you will find everything functioning.
We have a guest house on our property, too, which we rent via airbnb. So you will have the opportunity to get to know other international people while staying at our house - or you can use our guest house as well, if you want to.
