Very new house (150 m2) and modern. 5 mn by car to downtown Garmisch-Partenkirchen.Near mountains(Fricken,Wand,Esterberg...).
3-bedroom,3-bathroom, with little relaxing garden.Large living room with tv,open kitchen (seats 7).We are currently looking for a house exchange in august 2016 but are open to all offers.Big terrace , south - west side, always view on the mountains.The house is located in a small village(Farchant) surrounded by hills , the forest and a river(Loisach).The region is very family friendly within nature.We are a family with two girls(teens) living next to Garmisch-Partenkirchen(Zugspitze!) in Bavaria.

Our neighbourhood is very friendly and helpful.There are many families with whom you can quickly get in touch at the playground next to our house.
Not far away is the Loisach (river),where you can take beautiful walks or bike rides in nature with our bikes.
