We are an open minded family living in a Bohemian Paradise. I work as psychologist, my husband is an enginerr, our daughter is three years old and our son1 year old. We like simple sustainable living, minimalism, ecology, low-cost travel. All members of our family love being in nature :-) and that's why we moved a few months ago from Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, to a village near a forest, a pond and rocks. Welcome in fairytale Bohemian paradise area :-)

You are welcome in the oasis of peace and tranquility in Bohemian Paradise - magical region near Prague,
Simple modest house is quiet , our neighbors are nice people who only come for weekends or summer holidays. The house has a spacious and bright kitchen, from which there is an entrance to the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy your breakfast. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a small bathroom, a separate toilet, and a children's room. Family with well behaved children are welcome :-) A staircase leads to the second floor. On the second floor there is a bedroom, a storage room (we moved here a few months ago - so sorry, the house is not as cozy, as it could be) and a balcony. There is space outside to park your vehicle. Near the garden is pond, so there is lots of mosquitos, just saying. Children may use swing or sandpit, adults barbecue :-) The garden is not fenced.
The surrounding area is an ideal place for hiking, mountain climbing, cycling. There is also natural swimming pond nearby.

I nostri consigli su cosa non perdere in questa zona
Bohemian Paradise, known in Czech as Český ráj, is a region and a protected landscape area about 90 kilometers north-east of Prague. It belongs to the most popular tourist destinations in the whole of Czechia.
For centuries the Bohemian Paradise area has attracted painters, writers, artists, and dreamers of all kinds. Discover this unique combination of bizarre rock formations, deep pine forests, majestic castles and sublime villages of timber cottages, losing yourself for a moment in the labyrinth that is the Bohemian Paradise area.
You’ll be moving through narrow cracks in the rock, climbing up inside them and enjoying the views from their lofty heights. One of the finest views is from the Kozákov tower. Nor should you miss a visit to the rock formations at Hrubá Skála and the elegant Hrubá Skála Chateau, perched right on top of the rocks. Another attraction is the ruins of Trosky Castle; to reach it you’ll have to climb to the top of two steep peaks that were once active volcanoes. If you love fairytale castles, head for impregnable Kost.
House is located in this region, just 10 km from nearest city, where you can find all, what you need - supermarkets, groceries, bakeries, cinema, train station and so on.
Nearest city can be Mnichovo Hradiště, where you can see the Baroque chateau.
Things to see in Bohemian paradise - natural landmarks:
The Prachov Rocks, in Czech called Prachovské skály, are sandstone pinnacles, situated about 5 km (3.1 mi) northwest of the beautiful town of Jičín. These iconic rock formations are one of the most recognizable symbols of Bohemian Paradise. The entrance to the area is paid, but the fee is quite low. There is a parking lot and basic tourist infrastructure at the entrance. Several lookouts (in Czech: vyhlídka) offer fantastic views of the Prachov Rocks.
The Hrubá Skála Rocks, or Hruboskalsko, are another area with picturesque sandstone formations. They are situated approx. 6 km (3.7 mi) southeast of Turnov, near the village of the same name (Hrubá Skála). The highlight of this part of Bohemian Paradise is Hrubá Skála Castle, situated on top of a sandstone rock. Nowadays, the chateau houses a hotel, hostel and a restaurant.
The Příhrazy Rocks (Příhrazské skály) are situated near the village of the same name, east of the town of Mnichovo Hradiště. They are perhaps less famous than the Prachov Rocks or the Hrubá Skála Rocks but hiking fans should not regret visiting them, as the scenery there is very pretty, too. These rocks you may reachfrom our house by feet.
Historical ladmarks:
Kost Castle is an impressive, well-preserved Gothic castle in the village of Libošovice in Jičín District.
Drábské Světničky is a former rock fortress with great views of the surrounding landscape. It is located near the town of Mnichovo Hradiště, northeast of the village of Dneboh, in the Příhrazy Rocks. It is quite popular among tourists and hikers because of the nice panoramic views. The entrance is free.
Valdštejn Castle is one of the oldest castles in Bohemian Paradise, it was built in the 13th century. The castle is located near the town of Turnov.
When you’re done with the Bohemian Paradise area, why not take a trip to the highest mountain range in the country, the Krkonoše. You can also head to Mladá Boleslav, a town indelibly associated with Škoda car production. Then there’s the town of Turnov, where the local museum has a comprehensive exhibition on jewellery production, a trade that has a long-established tradition in the region.
