You will never tire of the view from the picture window in the kitchen/lounge area. We really enjoyed the walk through the woods into town and easy access to both city and country.

Not available until 18 Oct. Character spacious house in woods near Bath city. Bath is a beautiful city and World Heritage Site about 150 km west of London. Trains from London take 90 minutes and Bristol Airport is nearby. The city is also well placed for visits to The Cotswolds and West Country.

Our home is the central portion of a Victorian Country House, built in the 1850s, and set in its own woods. It is a 25 minute walk / 5 minute drive into the centre of the city, with local shops also nearby.

The house is spacious and comfortable with three double bedrooms and a further bedroom converted into a cinema with a sofa-bed. We have a modern kitchen/dining room with an amazing view of the terraced garden and Bath through a huge glass window. There are 3 bathrooms, sitting room (with grand piano and open fire), study/playroom. The house is fitted with up to date TV, music systems (Sonos) and wifi.

We live in the middle of woods in a tranquil location with am amazing view overlooking Bath. Our house is the middle part of a very large historic house.

From our house, you can walk directly into the countryside for many lovely walks or its 20mins into Bath where their our numerous cafes, restaurants and things to do. As you go into Bath, you pass through Widcombe which has cafes and restaurants.
