Our condo is a fully air-conditioned one bedroom apartment which accommodates up to two adults and two children. Our beach front condominium is on the sixth floor with ceiling to floor sliding glass doors in both the living room and bedroom with a view of the beautiful blue-green ocean and the clean sandy beach of Isla Verde Puerto Rico. Kick back, let the warm ocean breeze relax you.
Accommodations: Condominium 700sf, 1 Bedroom + 1 Bath (Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children), 1 queen bed and 1queen size sleep sofa in the living room. Includes Swimming pool, Coin operated laundry facility on the floor.
The beach is outside of the front door of the condo. There are restaurants on the lower level of the building. This apartment is perfect for families, honeymooners, and business travelers who want to relax and enjoy the amazing views of the Isla Verde beaches.

Isla Verde is a community 10 minutes from the airport. It's part of the San Juan metro area. Access to San Juan is 15 minutes away by cab. The neighborhood has local grocery stores, cafes, drug stores and restaurants. The beach is 30 feet away from the building. The temperature is 85 degrees daily. Nearby, there are mountains, rain forests, crystal clear beaches and everything you might want on a tropical island.

Our condo in Isla Verde is centrally located and close to everything. The El San Juan hotel is a five minute walk and has 3 restaurants and several nightclubs. The party is often on the beach and great for people watching and Salsa dancing. The El San Juan and The InterContinental hotels have casinos in walking distance. If you want elegant entertainment and dining, the 'Water Club hotel' is next door.
Spend the day at the pool or relaxing by the beach. Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or a break from the weather, this is a great location with great amenities.
Major hotels, casinos, fine dining, and major fast food outlets are within walking distance. There are two 24 hour restaurants a block away, a 24-hour CVS/ Walgreens, a 24-hour supermarket and ATM's, all within a block. Old San Juan is ten minutes away and has historical sights, traditional architecture and many restaurants choices. Condado is 10 minutes away, has up-scale shopping and grand hotels. You can take the city bus for 75 cents, rent a car or take a quick Uber ride (10min)

3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
5.MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to four (4) persons.
6. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A THREE (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
7. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - Linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
8. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to cancellation
