Comfortable HOUSEBOAT on the river Rhine, with private garden, close to the city centre of Leiden, the coast, and Amsterdam (airport / Schiphol).
Houseboat (80 m2) - living room with balcony, kitchen (fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher), 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 room with wardrobes/book-cases and a possible spare bed, shower, toilet, central heating (everything complete, just like a 'normal' house).
Garden (25 x 4 Metres) - with several seats, lounge-chairs, a BBQ, and a shed. A sunny garden during the whole day (no guarantee; only on sunny days...).

Our neighborhood is close to the centre of Leiden. A 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest bakery, supermarket, restaurant, museum.
From our balcony (small but nice) you can overlook the river Rhine and enjoy a sunny lunch, a late evening dinner, as (rowing-) boats are passing by, ducks, swans, sea-gulls....
There is a bridge nearby where cars and sometimes big ships (spectacular) are passing ... it is part of living in a city...
