LOOKING FOR CITY EXCHANGE BETWEEN JULY 8th AUGUST 6st 2023
Come to our spacious double farmhouse in the rural area near Zutphen (Village of Baak, part of Brockhorst).
Want to spent your holiday with a family and grandparents? Or with two befriended families?
Want to relax in the country side? Spent some time in a hammock in our orchard? Let your kids build huts in our sercret woods? Swing on our spectacular big swing? Jump on our trampoline? Eat from our vegetable garden or fruit treas?

(Or in wintertime chuck some wood and burn it in our woodstove. Cook and have a great family meal in our large cosy linvingroom)

Our double house can easily sleep 6-10 people.
We have 4 bedrooms (plus 2 rooms that can be used as bedroom).
1 fully equiped kitchen and one 'spare' kitchen.
Two bathrooms. 1 large TV and two large couches.

1,5 acres of land
Spacious barn to park two cars and lots of bikes.
You can use some of our bikes or rent some nearby.

Not a luxury villa, but a charming, comfortable, cosy and colourful house.
We have 3 cats that will be gratefull when you gave them their daily cat biscuits.
The sheep that graze in our meadow are tended to by a neighbourly farmer.

Feel welcome. Just relax, see what you can harvest, or grab some bicycles for an evening trip around the country side.
There is a supermarket a 5 min drive away in the village of Steenderen.
City trips by car can be made to beautiful old Zutphen (10min), old Deventer (30 min), Arnhem (25min), Utrecht (70min), Amsterdam (90 min).
Museum tips: Open Air Museum Arnhem , Kroller Muller Museum Otterloo (with lots of Van Goghs).

We are always interested in city trips (Berlin, Paris, London, Kopenhagen etc)
Also interested in coutry house exchange in France, Germany, Norway etc!

We have 16 yr old twins, their school holidays for this and next year are;
