Our home has a very peaceful, easy feel to it. The bedrooms and living areas all have bi-fold doors that open right up wide onto decks and porch, allowing a gorgeous in/outdoor flow, especially appreciated during a hot NZ summer. The section is approx 1/4 acre, fully fenced and gated for extra privacy, and the wide decks and BBQ area are ideal for outdoor enjoyment and relaxation. From the rear of the house there is a peaceful rural outlook over to distant hills and from the front of the house you are just a wander down the road for a beach walk and swim or follow the beach along into Orewa township. Alternatively, at the end of the road you'll find a bus stop on a main bus route with all the convenience this also offers.

NOTE:
We use the third bedroom as an office, but it has a built in wardrobe, there will be a bassinet available and as you will see in the photos there is room to put down a single airbed or similar for a guest to use.
