A special little apartment (50μ2), in a fabulous sea side village. (There is the option of more than one apartments)
The flat has 2 rooms, a bedroom( queen size bed) and a living room, with kitchenette, dining table and sofas. (one sofa-double bed), toilet/shower and balcony. T.V., WI Fi.
It is suitable for summer holiday from easter till november, but it is lovely all year long. It is open for exchange all year long EXCEPT july and august. The village is quit and you can fish or rent a motor boat or ride a horse, walk into paths off road(with or without a guide), do water sports, scuba dive, visit museums or other attractions. The sea is 30m long from our flat and the water is clear and blue.
Hot water, linen and WiFi is provided.

About cleanness
Our property is really clean - extra clean - we expect to find your property in an equal cleanness level.
(So far, we spend 1-2 days to clean up and wash the linen, as guests. We cannot do it any more.)
We wouldn't plan to swap if this condition won't be accepted.
We kindly expect you to leave our house as clean as you get it on the first day. You can do it by yourselves or pay for a cleaning service.
