House is about 100 metres from piazza parking area along a borgo in a compact village location. The house comprises large entrance hall leading to lounge, two bedrooms and bathroom with stairs leading to open-plan living, dining, kitchen area, a further bedroom & ensuite bathroom and large terrace with beautiful mountain views.

There is a village shop, a butcher and a restaurant/wine-bar about 2 mins walk in village, a post-office nearby and the village is served by a bus service between Aulla (15k) and Fivizzano (5k). The nearest supermarket is about 10minutes by car and nearest train station is about 5 minutes by car.

Most neighbours speak only Italian but are very friendly and helpful and there is one lady in the village who speaks English.

Although accessible by public transport a car is useful to explore the local countryside - mountains and ski resort is about 45mins by car and beaches, cities, sea and Cinque-Terre about 45 mins in opposite direction.
