The house is really big and beautifull. We enjoyed the sunroom and yes we had a lot of sun. Its a perfect start for so many interesting points. With the irish roads you need a bit mire time than we do in Vorarlberg but you can reach most things in or under one hour drive. Since our daughter ist small we didn‘t go on trips that requiere a longer drive but if you are a bit more flexible there is even more you can see. We loved the beaches of Lahinch for a swimm and Doonbag is a stunning beach allthough you couldn‘t swimm there. Edel and her family where helpfull and kind and we had a lovely dinner awaiting us together with some Babyfood and playthings for our little one. We would exchange again and enjoyed our tripp. Thanks again for a beautiful holliday.

A beautiful home in peaceful county Clare
We couldn't have been more comfortable in this lovely, spacious, modern house surrounded by green fields and lakes. The McMahons made us very welcome and the communication was perfect. We loved exploring nearby Ennis, visiting the many abbeys and castles within less than an hour's drive, walking along the cliffs and beaches of the western coast, hiking in the Burren, and discovering the places where Yeats wrote much of his poetry. The house is ideally situated between East and West Clare, you just have to be careful to choose the right roads and avoid the narrow ones with grass in the middle. Shannon Airport offered a perfect flight to France, and it's only 25 minutes from the McMahons' house.
