La nostra casa
Descrizione della casa che offriamo
Our home is situated in the Sunny South East of Ireland. It has a beautiful stone front. Built in 2005, it is surrounded by picturesque countryside views. The surrounding land is farmed for tilage. It is in a very peaceful area where you can enjoy the tranquil sounds of nature. It is only a 15 minute drive from Wexford town which is an historic town and will provide you with a range of activities including shopping, playgrounds, golf, walks, a great selection of pubs and restaurants, the wexford arts center and the national opera house.
The house has a large garden front and back with a swing set and a large concrete driveway for go karts and cycling. It has electric gates and is alarmed for added security. There is a polytunnel which has a selection of tomatoes, cucumbers and other veg, which you are free you use.
Inside there are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, an office, a cosy sitting room with a solid fuel stove and a sizeable kitchen diner and sunroom. The house has so mod cons including wifi and Tv with Netflix. Upstairs there is a large playroom with plenty of toys to keep little ones entertained, a large bedroom and a bathroom. The house is heated with a wood pellet boiler.
The house is within 30 mins drive of a selection of magnificent beaches. Waterford and Kilkenny can be reached in less than an hour. Dublin is a 90 minute drive and Cork is 2 hours.
If you are looking for a peaceful countryside escape within easy reach of towns and cities then this house will suit you and your family.

I nostri consigli su cosa non perdere in questa zona
15 mind drive is Wexford Town, which is lovely to walk around or for shopping. There are numerous beaches within 30 mins; Curracloe where Saving Private Ryan was filmed, also a forest here you can walk out along the forest and back on the beach. Rosslare is a very popular beach and many more smaller beaches which alot of locals would visit. You can surf here or canoe, aswell as in other places around Wexford.
Ballycross Apple farm is about 30 mins, fab for a day out. Animals and different activities for children. Then Kilmore quay is another 10 mins drive, a small but beautiful fishing village with an infamous chippers!
Kia Ora is a pet farm in Gorey, about 40 mins drive.
Hook head lighthouse is worth a visit and the haunted Lof
