We live in a fine and comfortable 90+ year old terraced town house in Utrecht (35 km South of Amsterdam). 120 m2, opposite public gardens, with four bedrooms and a study, bathroom with tub/shower. Camp bed for a baby available. Lovely home with enough peace and quiet for you to enjoy while still being close to all the benefits a city has to offer.

Leafy and friendly neighbourhood with several large playgrounds, a small park with a play area opposite our home and swimming pools in the area.
Close to public transport and highways, this is an ideal base for holidays: Amsterdam 30 min, Germany 1 hour, Brussels 1,5 hour, beaches 60 km, forests 10 km.

Utrecht itself is a beautiful old city, with canals, great churches and museums, good shopping, an extensive range of restaurants and cafes.
