Luxery and spacious mansion (1930 original architecture,totally renovated in 2010) in a town (120.000 inhabitants) called Amstelveen next to Amsterdam (7km to the center of Amsterdam). A busstop with direct connection to center Amsterdam is nearby.

Its a very nice green area, with lots of beautiful trees, parks/playgrounds and nice 1930 architectual houses. Within 10 min you are in the center of Amsterdam. Within 5 min walking you are in a large recreation area,woodland,running,cycling, swimming,canoeing,climbing and visiting a dutch farm is possible.

Another great site to visit is a typical and romantic village called 'Ouderkerk aan de Amstel', with a beautiful river and typical Dutch houses. (10 min. By car) The village is famous for its very nice restaurants, where you can eat a lovely dinner, overlooking the river.
And of course we have the center of our own town in 3 min walking from our house, with a large and luxury shopping center. a theatre, modern art museum and a cinema.

By car its only 20 min to the large beaches of the North Sea, with all the facilities you need. The famous touristic attraction with typical dutch houses is only 30 min by car: 'De Zaanse Schans', For water recreation we have lots of areas: 'De Vinkeveense plassen' and "de Loosdrechtse plassen and the National Park "Nieuwkoopse Plassen".

We are a family of three, Paul, entrepeneur, a girl named Sam (2003) and a boy called Casper (2005). There is lots of space in and outside the house and toys for the children to play. The children love to jump up and down on our trampoline and they like to go on adventure to the park. The parents can sit in the sun and relax on the terrace.

In our house you will find a very large and warm living/dining room with an open fire. Downstairs we also have a childrens play-room and an office. On the first and second floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms
(1 bath, two showers). The house is suitable for 6 persons.
