We live in a beautiful and lovely house near to Munich with five big rooms, kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a big terrace with garden. 5 min. from our house you will find a famous Golf-Resort/Golf-Club. In our directly neighborhood you will also find a bakery where you can buy bread and cakes and you can also take brakefast there all days, an old bavarian restaurant with a small biergarden, an italian restaurant, shops, bars, some hiking Trails and so on. We have 2 bicycles (men, woman) and 1 child's bicycle (4-8 years).

The trainstation is by footway (5 min.) and can bring you to Munich in 15 min.

Our place is great to go everywhere in Bavarian. In 15-20 min. you are in the city of Munich (with car or Train/metro) with all sights, bars, shops and restaurants. The romantic road with the Castle Neuschwanstein, the Castle Hohenschwangau, Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Augsburg (one of the three oldest cities in Germany, 30 min. drive) are directly around us. Also Berchtesgaden, the Alps, Heidelberg, the Castle Herrenchiemsee, Salzburg in Austria and many other places are near and great opportunities for sightseeing, hiking and enjoying the Bavarian nature and history.
