We offer a big and very beautiful house, located in a very quiet area opposite a bird protection island on the Rhine. It has two floors with 200 square meters and three large balconies. This house is really extraordinary with its high ceilings and stucco in every room. You have great views of the water and nature. The house is at the end of a dead end road, so there is no traffic. On the first floor there ist the large living room with two sofas and a dining table. Here you have access to two balconies. This room has a lot of natural light. On this floor you also find a toilet, a utility room and the spacious kitchen with a large terrace. On the second floor there is another toilet, the bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a sofa bed and a desk, which can be used as an office room. There is a wardrobe in each bedroom with plenty of space. If you like, our cleaning woman can come to clean the house once a week, she charges 50€ for three hours of cleaning.
