Seid diesem Jahr ist mein erwachsener Sohn ausgezogen und ich wohne in meiner Wohnung meistens allein... Ich arbeite als Psychologin, mache Sport und Yoga und gehe gern aus, wenn ich nicht zu müde bin. Since my son grew up and moved to his own apartment this year, I live here most of the time by myself! I work as a psychologist, like to do sports and yoga and to go out at night (unless I am too tired....).
What I am looking for is either vacation for me at the countryside, I love the sea, especially the mediterranean, and for the future (2024/25) a sabbatical with a lot of liberty of choice!
what is more, I am looking for short time vacations or weekend for me, my friend and her daughters (2 8 y. old girls), who are my goddaughters. We are dreaming of the seaside as well as of familiy fair destinations like Kopenhagen, London/ Portsmouth or Wien.... for example

Cosy 3 Room Apartment in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. You will find the generell sleeping room, the living room with a sleep couch, a big dining table and enough space and equipment to chill out.... The third room used to be the childrens room and contains now a mixture of guest room and home office.... Furthermore it provides a tiny kitchen with all facilities and a small eating corner and a bathroom with a bath tub, window and washing mashine. The couch and the guest bed can be extended for the use of 2 persons each.

Our neighbourhood in the house and the block is friendly and caring. We share a big backyard, that is used like a common garden, including a play ground. It is a good opportunity for picnics, barbecues and childrens parties. We live here for 18 years, and so do many neighbours. So we raised our kids together a little bit and became friends! Outside our part of town has many dimensions: whereas we live here our everyday life with family, work, house and garden we are surrounded by many restaurants, bars, cafes, galeries and historical and other touristic sites. Within a walking distance you can enjoy supermarkets, flea markets, exhibitions, boutiques, international shops, churches, bars, clubs and so one. Berlin and Brandenburg is famous for water sports! You have to take a little ride to go there, but within 30-60 minutes there are many opportunities for swimming, canooing, stand up paddling, boat rentals etc.

Outside our part of town has many dimensions: whereas we live here our everyday life with family, work, house and garden we are surrounded by many restaurants, bars, cafes, galeries and historical and other touristic sites. Cosa ci piace, cosa non gradiamo… Ecco le regole in casa nostra.

Children are very welcome! Pets not, I am afraid, because we have a shy cat... He is friendly but does not like to travel nor to share home with other pets. So I am looking for catsitters and I would love to do housesitting/ petsitting, too. Of course I like to find my home clean and tidy, as much as I left it to you! And of course I will act the same with your home! There is no smoking inside, but you can smoke in the garden/ backyard. During summer it would be nice to water the flowers inside, that will only take a minute. We provide maps, orientations and instructions for everything, including the cat! At least in German, I will work that out in English, too. I might offer car exchange. Depending on your favorite destination bikes and public transport might be more fun....
