NB : NOTRE MAISON N'EST PAS EQUIPEE POUR LES ENFANTS OU LES ADOS, MAIS NOUS POUVONS ACCUEILLIR QUATRE ADULTES (DEUX GRANDS LITS ET DEUX SDB).
Echanges simultanés, car c'est notre résidence principale
The countryside in town (Montpellier, in the middle of mediterranean coast), southern sunshine, near beaches , magnificent hinterland; our house in Montpellier, near a great green park, has all necessary attributes, 15mn to town center by car, bus, tram. Montpellier is a perfect stay to visit South of France : 40 mn to Nîmes and Arles, 1 h1/2 to Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, 2 h30 to Barcelona by train...
We have a satellit TV with Canal + and Canal Sat (movies, series, with choice of language) and foreign channels.
There is a "plancha" outside for grilled fishes or meat ! And a pergola with table and chairs, under pines and oak tree. There is air conditioned for hot summers too...
NB : we have only two bedrooms with 1 king bed and 1 queen beds. Sorry for families, it is not possible for children !

quartier résidentiel calme et très arboré. Parc planté d'arbres centenaires à 20 m. Petits commerces de proximité, supermarchés à 5 mn, centre-ville à 15 mn en bus, tram, voiture, plages à 15-20 mn en voiture.
Quiet, many trees around and singing birds. 20 meters away, a great public park with old big trees and a castle. 100 m away, pharmacy, bakery, grocery, restaurant, newspapers... Supermarkets 10 mn away. City center 15 mn by bus, tramway, beaches 15-20 mn by car.
