This home was builded by an Architect in 1953 and published in newspaper at this time. It's a wonderfull home with a huge glass window near 6 meters high open on one of the most wonderfull park in the île de France : the "Parc de Sceaux".
Despite an urban environnement, it's a very quiet and green place to relax. If you don't like bird singing, forgot it !
We have a heated pool and a nice wood deck open to the garden and the park.

HOME DESCRIPTION : Entrance in on the upper floor where you have a guest-room, a showerroom with toilets and an office with view to the park.
There is a balcony open to the lounge (high as 2 floors) and you go down by stairs.
Garden level is open to the garden with a huge window : you'll find lounge and dining room, kitchen (with door to the garden) and cellars, and the main room with bathroom and toilets. There is no shower on garden level.
