We had a fantastic holiday in Sophie and Michaëls home in Mougins le Haut, and felt their generous hospitality immediately. Sophie met us in the airport, and showed us everything in the apartment, and gave us useful advice on excursions, beaches, grocery, restaurants and museums. She had as well produced a guide-book with "how to-advice" for the flat, the neighbourhood as well as sightseeing and restaurants. We were also in close touch on a messaging-app during the stay, sharing experiences in our respective home-countries. We got to know their cat Puopi, who trusted us to give her food right away, and came for cuddeling after a while. During our stay we saw fantastic art in the Picasso museum and the Bergman/Hartung collection i Antibes, the Bonnard museum in Le Cannet, the Fondation Marguerite et Aime Maeght in Saint-Paul, as well as explored the beaches, the neighbourhood swimmingpool, watched the sunset from Sophie and Michaël's beautiful terrace while listening to the song of the early evening cicadas - and just relaxed. There was a small grocery down the street, as well as a bus line to the city. We just loved staying i Sophie's, Michaël's and Loris apartment, which was nice, cosy and practical. The location is great, between the mountains and the cities, surrounded by the green forest of Eco-park. Very beautiful. They were experienced exchangers - while this was our first exchange. (We learned a lot, and are so grateful to you.Thanks again!) We will definitely repeat the exchange experience, as well as go back to Southern France again. And we can recommend everyone to exchange with Sophie, Michaël and Loris, they will take very good care of your home :-)
