Bonjour et bienvenue à Bluffy! Je suis Elisabeth et suis à la retraite depuis peu, Guy mon mari est directeur des ressources humaines dans un groupe textile, nous sommes sexagénaires l'un et l'autre. Nous avons deux grands enfants en couple et deux adorables petits-enfants qui ne voyagent généralement pas avec nous.
Guy est passionné de photographie et d'astronomie, il pratique le vélo, le ski et ensemble nous pratiquons le golf. Je suis moi-même moins sportive, j'aime la lecture, les loisirs créatifs, le shopping... et le farniente!
Nous sommes très soigneux et soucieux de la propreté et prendrons soin de la maison qui nous est confiée avec la même attention.
Nous choisissons généralement des destinations lointaines hors de France et d’Europe. Ayant des pieds à terre sur Paris et en Haut de France nous n'organisons pas d'échanges avec ces régions.

Hello and welcome to Bluffy! I am Elisabeth and have recently retired. Guy, my husband, is a human resources director in a textile group. We are both in our sixties. We have two grown-up children and two adorable grandchildren who don't usually travel with us.
Guy is passionate about photography and astronomy, he bikes, skis and together we play golf. I myself am less sporty, I like reading, creative hobbies, shopping... and relaxing!
We are very careful and concerned about cleanliness and will take care of the house entrusted to us with the same attention.
We generally choose distant destinations outside France and Europe. Having our feet on the ground in Paris and Haut de France, we do not organize exchanges with these regions.

On the ground floor:

In the heart of the Alps, in a highly touristy region, 10km from ANNECY, our house is located at the Col de Bluffy at an altitude of 630m.
We benefit from a superb unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains and the Menthon castle where you can walk in a few minutes to visit this remarkable building known for having inspired Disney's Sleeping Beauty castle.
The proximity of Lake Annecy (3km) allows all water activities. Possibility of hiking or cycling from the house, paragliding, tennis, golf nearby.
For gourmets, renowned restaurants such as L'Auberge du Père Bise by Jean Sulpice or Yoann Conte's restaurant but also more confidential addresses that we will have the pleasure of communicating to you.
In winter, the house is ideally placed for skiing every day at LA CLUSAZ or GRAND BORNAND, two resorts 20 minutes by car. A coach service, with a stop a stone's throw from the house, serves these two stations as well as the town of Annecy. Skis and ski boots may be at your disposal depending on your size.
The area is very close to many great places:
1h drive to the Mont Blanc and the city of Chamonix, and the Italian border
45min drive to Geneva Switzerland and airport

4h by train to Paris

Au cœur des Alpes, dans une région hautement touristique, à 10km d'ANNECY, notre maison est située au col de Bluffy à 630m d'altitude.
Nous bénéficions d'une superbe vue dégagée sur les montagnes environnantes et sur le château de Menthon où vous pourrez vous rendre à pied en quelques minutes pour visiter ce remarquable édifice connu pour avoir inspiré le château de la belle au bois dormant de Disney.
La proximité du lac d'Annecy (3km) permet toutes les activités nautiques. Possibilité de randonnées à pied ou à vélo depuis la maison, parapente, tennis, golf à proximité.
Pour les gourmets, des restaurants de renom tels que L'Auberge du Père Bise de Jean Sulpice ou le restaurant de Yoann Conte mais aussi des adresses plus confidentielles que nous aurons le plaisir de vous communiquer.
En hiver, la maison est idéalement placée pour skier chaque jour à LA CLUSAZ ou au GRAND BORNAND, deux stations à 20mn en voiture. Un service de cars, avec arrêt à deux pas de la maison, dessert ces deux stations ainsi que la ville d'Annecy. Skis et chaussures de ski pourront être à votre disposition selon votre pointure.

The city of Annecy (15min away by car) recognized as «the Venice of the Alps» is one of the most beautiful cities to live in France.
This area is perfect for people who love outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, climbing, swimming and nautical sports on the lake but also paragliding, golf, horse riding and tree-top adventure parks, Of course incredible skiing in the winter with lots of ski resorts (closest ones are only 20min away: La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand).
For those who loves French food : lots of restaurant that offer local and French fine gourmet food (Auberge du Père Bise de Jean Sulpice** and Yoann Conte restaurant** in the guide Michelin, lots of farmer markets with local products (cheese, wine, chocolate, bread... ).
Culture: medieval castle, art exhibitions, concerts and lights shows, outdoor film festivals
