Our house is situated in a calm neighborhood 20 min walk from the center of Angers. The back garden has a sunny deck and is nice for BBQs etc .. All facilities near by (supermarket, bakery). 1h30 drive from the beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, 1 hour drive from the "chateaux de la Loire" and 1h30 train from Paris.

GROUND FLOOR: entrance hall, guest bedroom and office room with one single bed, shower room (both with view on the garden), WC, laundry with access to the garden
FIRST FLOOR : kitchen, living room with access to the terrace and garden, parents' bedroom and 2 children's bedroom, WC and bathroom.
SECOND FLOOR: 1 bedroom, shower and WC, game room with lots of kids books, games, Lego, Playmobil.
