We live in a 1918 character home in the beautiful Point Grey neighbourhood. Our home is close to tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, transit, walking trails, beach, the University of British Columbia and Downtown. Inside our house, we have a living room, dining room, kitchen, sunroom, 2.5 bathrooms, three bedrooms and laundry in the basement. A covered deck off the sunroom faces onto the backyard – we don’t have a garage. Upstairs has three bedrooms and a shared bathroom and toilet. The master bedroom faces north so you can watch the fireworks, cruise ships and city lights of West Vancouver and Downtown. From our house, we have back lane access to bus stops that can take you downtown in 20mins or to the King Edward Canada Line station in 15mins (train from the Airport to Downtown). There are beautiful walking/biking trails 10mins from the house through the Pacific Spirit Park and to Jericho beach.
