*** Having been to Australia twice on two wonderful exchanges, we're setting our sights on other destinations at the moment. I'm including this here so as to not waste the time of our Australian friends on the website. We may return again one day but it won't be for a while yet ***

Not long after joining Homelink, a photographer friend came to stay with us and as a thank you gift, he did a photographic spread of our place (he does this professionally in the real estate field). We really appreciated it. Over time we've done a number of improvements and upgrades (new paint, carpeting in bedrooms, new furniture etc...). For this reason, I uploaded a bunch of new pictures showing the place as it is now (ie. southwestern area rug in living room etc...). I decided to keep both old AND new on the site because while the suite is nicer now and much better appointed, my pics are not professional and as such don't show the space as well as his do (plus I took mine at night while he took his during the daytime). :-) The first several pics are the "original" (professional) ones. My not-so-professional ones start after that. Our guest room is now a den/tv room (two chairs rather than a bed). Our place could accommodate four people but we'd really prefer to keep it at two people (as is the case with us).

So, the blurb...

Our home is a two bedroom and den condominium with two full en-suite bathrooms and a powder room. It has 1256 square feet in total (117 square meters) and a large open air balcony overlooking the ocean, mountains and the city. There are just two suites per floor with no common walls, a video intercom system and a key-operated secured elevator to access the floors. The Bellevue is an exclusive 9 storey building with just 15 suites. It’s a very friendly community and residents are very respectful of each other’s privacy. Everything you need is at your fingertips including shops, restaurants, beaches and services (walk score of 94). The expansive views can be enjoyed throughout the suite’s four exposures. Overall, a lovely, peaceful and relaxing environment. Your enjoyment is our enjoyment, and as such, we are happy to do whatever necessary to ensure that you have a wonderful vacation while here in Vancouver.
