The apartment is located on the bel-étage and is as well accessible by elevator.
The great asset of the apartment is the sunny spacious terrace (south-east). This opens onto the courtyard garden of the site, tranquility assured. Adjacent to the terrace is the living room, with a good piano next to the classic dining table and armchairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom with king size bed (180m width) and en-suite bathroom with bath, sink and washing machine.
Warm and cozy furnished as a resting place in the middle of the city.

Station area that you would probably not visit as a tourist.
However, the real sights, trendy restaurants and sunny terraces are in the center of Brussels, just three metro stops away.
We will provide you a list of our nice places, restaurants and bars.

A warm place with some beautiful pieces of furniture, many books and plants, a piano and a few works of art. A place to be lived in, but it is obvious that the guests are caring, just like we do. The rules of the co-propiété of the building require following things: no laundry is allowed to dry on the terrace + no BBQ + calm atmosphere after 10. No smoking in our place. We ask our guest to take care of our plants (just to water them) The garbage had to be disposed off. The apartment has wooden floors so we ask that you do not enter with dirty or wet shoes.
