After a break for several years, we want to start swapping again!

Our modern and sunny house (150m2) is part of a small cohousing project with 2 other families and an architect firm. The houses and offices are build around a spacious pleasant garden (500M2), where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and relax over a drink with your family or with our friendly neighbours. You can park your car secure in our closed garden.

The house has a a private terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6, a spacious living room, a desk with an iMac and a toilet. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with shower, bath and a separate toilet. We have 3 compact bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 queen bed and 1 single bed.

The house is situated in a lively multi-cultural neighbourhood, where you can get everything from all over the world, seven days a week. Fruit and vegetables, nuts, spices, fresh pastry and bread. Come to Antwerpen and go on a culinary journey of discovery!

The beautiful historic center of Antwerp is a 10 minutes walk, the renowned Central Station even less. You can easily visit the city by foot, using our bikes or public transport. Antwerp offers various forms of entertainment. We have musea, theaters, restaurants, bars, shops, the zoo, ...

If you would like to visit Brussels, Gent, Brugge, or the Belgian coastline, you can reach any of them in less than one hour by car. A little further away, but easily accessible, are Wallonie (Liege, Namur), the Netherlands (Rotterdam, The Hague, Amsterdam, Maastricht), and northern France (Lille). A day trip to our famous Ardennes is also a possibility.

Our house offers the ideal home base for people who enjoy life, good food and culture. But shoppers and strollers will also find something to their liking here.
