Our 3 Bedroom townhouse is situated in a gated community on the canals of the beautiful Raby Bay Harbour.
On the ground floor we have an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, which leads onto a private courtyard complete with outdoor setting and BBQ. We have another outdoor area near the kitchen entry where you can also relax.
There is also a toilet downstairs and separate laundry/storage room.
There is a single garage and off street car parking space.
Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms, the master with a king size bed and ensuite.
Two other bedrooms, each with Queen size beds, share the family bathroom.

We live in a gated residential complex, with blocks of townhouses each with separate garages and courtyards. Our complex is secure and has a mix of residents, families, couples and is generally quiet. There is a swimming pool and BBQ area for all residents and we have onsite managers.
The complex is on the canals of the beautiful Raby Bay Harbour. Our garden unit is only metres from Raby Bay Harbour's cafes and restaurants, and Cleveland village. The Cleveland railway station is 50 metres from our gate where trains and buses depart for Brisbane city, a 1 hour train ride or a 30 minute drive. Brisbane International airport is also 30 mins drive and the Gold Coast and Theme parks are 1 hours drive.
The Sunshine Coast and Noosa are a 2 hour drive north.
We are centrally situated for island, coastal and hinterland adventures. Cleveland is gateway to the beautiful North Stradbroke Island, where you can see Kangaroos, dolphins, mantra rays and turtles on a day trip. The annual winter migration of whales is another highlight easily seen from North Stradbroke Island.
Local markets are held every Sunday where you can purchase farmers produce and arts and crafts.

Cuddle a Koala and pat a Kangaroo at the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary.
From our house it is a short stroll (3-5 mins) to cafes and restaurants in the beautiful Raby Bay harbour, and Cleveland village. There are over 20 cafes, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance of our home. The information centre for the region is located in the Harbour Precinct. Day trips to North Stradbroke Island are a must.

As we are Kiwi's living in Australia, we do not request any exchanges in New Zealand as we have family to stay with while there.
We expect our home to be left as clean and tidy as it was on arrival, we would be leaving your home clean and tidy also. Any breakages or damage to property should be advised to us immediately.
As we live in a gated community, the by laws require that there is no excessive noise after 8.00pm and before 7.00am.
Pool hours are 8.00am to 8.00pm.
Speed limit in our complex is 10km.
