Our house is in a lovely country town/city of Albany on the south coast of Western Australia. We are near the town centre (15 mins walk) which has many shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants. We are brilliantly located for people who like to walk into town for a meal, or their morning coffee.
The city is right on the coast and there are many drives and walks that will take you to beaches, spectacular coastline and great places to fish or surf.
The house is detached/single story and has off road parking (garage). We have a slow combustion heater in the lounge for heating if needed. There are 4 bedrooms available for exchange with the master bedroom having an ensuite bathroom; there is also a main bathroom that has a shower and a bath in another part of the house. Our home also has a wrap-around verandah where you can sit and watch the sunsets over the Windmills or simply enjoy the views of the harbour while sipping a wine. We have a second residence in Perth (capital city of Western Australia) that is situated in a central location and is also available for swapping if people wish to move between the two locations and make the most of their stay in Western Australia.
