We live 150 metres from a beautiful beach. You don't have to cross a road to get to it. Our street is a cul-de-sac with 7 houses so it is quiet and very friendly. We are about a 10 minute drive from Coffs Harbour where you will find many shops, restaurants, more beaches and the picture theatres. An hour's south and you are entering the world heritage listed Dorrigo National Park where there are many great rainforest walks. To get there you pass through Bellingen, a well known historical town with interesting shops and a terrific monthly market.
North of us is Moonee Beach which has a great creek for kayaking and paddle boarding. There is also a handy supermarket, chemist and butcher. Locally ,we have a few cafes and a great children's playground within a 10 minute walk.
A car is a must and we are happy to swap cars( a 2007 manual Astra), if that suits.
