We met travelling and settled in Australia where we started a business and raised our family. We are avid hikers and bird watchers and love being outdoors. We've just upgraded our mountain bikes and are enjoying discovering the trails nearby.

Walk into picturesque Monville Village, explore the Queensland Great Walks that are on your doorstep.

Our home is on a quiet dead-end street. The neighbours are all friendly and we will sometimes walk into town together on a Sunday morning for coffee and croissants. The Village of Montville is a 15-minute walk along a footpath.

From our house, it is a short walk into the village where there are many cafes and tourist stores. Beaches are nearby with surfing, fishing and other water sports. There is a swimming pool in the next town as well as many golf courses nearby and scenic routes to drive. Australia Zoo and other attractions including Noosa Heads are within 60 minutes.

It is important for us to find our house clean and tidy when we return. We can arrange a cleaner at your cost. We are on rainwater and the tanks only fill during the wet season so we expect that you will respect how precious water is to us. Please conserve water so that we come home to enough water in the tanks to keep us going until it rains.
