One bedroom split-level apartment in a converted 1880s small mansion with French doors to balcony. High ceilings and easy living in a quiet apartment just out of the CBD of Melbourne. St Kilda beach and Albert Park Lake within walking distance and great shopping strips in all directions. Trams, trains and buses all close by. Quiet tree-lined streets surround the location.

St Kilda is a premier suburb and a popular tourist destination. It is on the bay with beaches and also near huge sporting fields and Albert Park lake. There are many shopping precincts nearby and amazing choices for cafes, restaurants and bars. My area is tree-lined and has many beautiful old houses and well-maintained gardens. Melbourne city is a short tram ride away.

From my house it is easy to access a full range of cafes, shops, sporting facilities, beach, parks by walking or catching a tram. Luna Park and St Kilda esplanade is close by, as is St Kilda beach and pier. Albert Park lake is also within walking distance. The city is a tram ride away. There are many parks.

It’s a one-bedroom but there is also a futon single bed, but more than three would be too many in this small apartment. Please use washing machine and wash bed linen before you leave. Remember to lock the balcony doors before you go out. Really, there are no rules beyond treating as you would your own place. Everything is there for you to enjoy.
