As our kids begin to grow up we are keen to travel with them and share experiences and different places.
We live in a very friendly Brisbane neighbourhood, locals to the school, sports clubs and village.
Professional working family - own our own businesses so we have good flexiblity around travel location and dates however are generally guided by school terms.

Safe and friendly suburban neighbourhood.
Approximately 10km from Brisbane's city centre.
5 minute walk to the local shopping village and train station.
The train line provides direct access into the city (15min trip). The train also connects north to the Sunshine Coast, south to the Gold Coast (both approx 1hr).
Close access to airport and major shopping, recreational areas.

Brisbane is Queensland's main international airport and the main City for Queensland, so it is a good base launch a holiday.
Central to visiting Brisbane and Queensland's Sunshine or Gold Coast. Both are able to be visited in a day trip.
Very friendly inner city neighbourhood, quiet and easy place to relax. Also easy walk to the local village train station to access the city more widely.
Local shopping village has all essential amenities, cafes, dining and full size supermarket. Lots of local parks and we are near the university grounds which are nice for a walk.
If driving, easy access to whatever Brisbane has to offer. Basically everywhere in Brisbane is a 20 minute drive (even if you are travelling from one side of the city to the other!)

We have a regular cleaner which if preferred can continue to come to the house throughout the exchange.
Family home so all the essentials for kids are there (books, games, toys).
