Unique multi-level home in a bushland setting close to beautiful beaches.
We are experienced exchangers(16) and can offer a large, comfortable, multilevel home that overlooks rainforest and is nestled into the south-eastern slopes of Buderim Mountain. Beautiful tropical birds abound in the surrounding trees.
Our home is a ten minute drive from beautiful Mooloolaba beach, a mecca for swimmers, surfers and walkers. The esplanade is lined with popular restaurants, cafes and retail shops. A magnificent scenic drive of only 40 minutes will take you to world famous Noosa beach and 20 minutes south is the town and beaches of Caloundra. Nearby Maroochydore offers plentiful shopping with the retail precinct of the Sunshine Plaza. The village of Buderim nestled on top of the mountain is home to more cafes, restaurants and shops and is a short 3 minute drive away. If you would like to visit the city, Brisbane is just over an hour away.
In Brisbane the visitor will find a modern city with theatres, museums and art galleries.

Our neighbourhood is friendly and there are grocery shops and restaurants within a 3 minute drive from us. Major shopping centres and movie theatres are 10 minutes drive away and a variety of beaches including Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headland beach are the same distance. A train link to Brisbane is a 20 minute drive away and there are trains several times a day. There are extensive cycle paths all over the coast. The Headland Golf club is a couple of minutes away from our home. Diving and fishing experiences are available from boats at The Wharf Mooloolaba. Fraser island is 3hour drive and you can book flights to Lady Elliot island to see the reef. Our local airport provides links to Sydney and Melbourne and New Zealand in Winter months. Galleries, Museums and Theatres are all available in Brisbane, an hour and a half drive or short train trip away.

I nostri consigli su cosa non perdere in questa zona
Numerous walking and cycle paths can take you all over the coast through coastal walks with lovely flora and fauna. Our backyard has rainforest with an abundance of beautiful birds that we feed from our balcony. Some world class beaches are within ten minutes drive from our house. We have large shopping centres a short drive away. The mountains offering bush walks and good restaurants and cafes are a 20 minute drive away. Some of our previous house swappers have visited Fraser Island to our north. Some have flown to Lady Elliot to see the Great Barrier Reef. An airport with long term parking facilities has regular flights to Sydney and Melbourne, both are only a couple of hours flight away. Brisbane our capital can be accessed by car along the M1 an hour and a half away or by train from stations 20 minutes away. But there is lots to enjoy here in this beautiful, scenic part of the world where the Sunshine Coast consists of a series of interlinked villages offering loads to see and do.
