We have a comfortable, peaceful, and very relaxing home. There is plenty of space to spread out and have fun on our property. We have 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms; our home comfortably sleeps 13 and we have 1 crib in addition. We do also have two blow-up mattresses and plenty of space to add a couple more people. There are multiple cozy living areas if people need some alone time, in addition to a large main living space that seats at least 10 around our main tv. In our playroom we have games, Xbox, Nintendo switch and even toys for little ones. We have games, crafts and art supplies for you and your family to enjoy. Three of our rooms have desks, including our main work area with a sitting or standing desk. Our primary bedroom has an additional portable AC unit (we have full house central AC, of course), because my husband and I like to sleep in frigid conditions while the rest of the family is normal :). It is wonderful and you are welcome to use it if you'd like. We are foodies and home chefs so our kitchen is fully stocked with any cookware you would want to make a delicious meal, including All-Clad top of the line pots and pans. While our indoor living space is relaxing and low key, our outdoor space is relaxing and a blast. We have an oversized pool with a 10’ deep end and diving board. We do have a child safety fence we are happy to put up if you have young children. We also have a resort style living space in our backyard (with a soccer goal) that leads to our large fire pit and seating area. In addition, we have a vegetable garden (my favorite place to be) on the side of our home. We also have fruit trees on the property. Please feel free to eat any fruits or veggies growing in our garden and on our trees. We back up to conservation, so no need to worry about neighbors out back. Out front there is a basketball hoop and plenty of sidewalks to ride bikes or scooters. While we love to travel, we always love coming back to this home.

Here are the sleeping arrangements:
Primary Bedroom- King bed sleeps 2
Bedroom 2/ Playroom- Pull out sofa full size sleeps 2. We have a foam topper for the sleeper sofa.
Bedroom 3/ Girls room- Full over Full bunk bed. Sleeps 4 technically, but 2 or 3 will be more comfortable.
Bedroom 4/ Extra Room- Crib with twin over full bunk. Sleeps 3 plus a baby
Bedroom 5/ Boys Room- Twin over Twin bunk bed with a futon that converts to twin bed. We have a foam topper for the futon. Sleeps 3
