Please do not smoke inside the apartment (there's a courtyard at your disposal).
The home can host 4, but if you need we can find a small bed for a child, and get to 5, as it is quite spacious. But you will have to take in consideration that there's only one bathroom.
The hot water comes from a small boiler: it makes the water boiling hot, so normally you can do 2 normal showers with one full boiler (or just one long shower).
Then when the boiler is empty it takes one hour to be completely full again, so you must be prepared to do shorter showers, or to get organized not to do more showers all at the same time of the day.
The courtyard is accessible only for 2 proprieties, so the use is not exclusive for our hosts, as it is a technical space of the building and not a private garden.
It means that we can use the courtyard, but we must not give problems to the condominiums, such as parties, or making noises etc. It's absolutely fair to stay there to smoke a cigarette, sit and drink a coffee or have a chat, or to hang the washing (there's the drying rack for this purpose just there). Normally, apart from us, just one or two persons uses it, very rarely, to smoke a cigarette, to speak by phone, or to clean it, and it is always in office hours, and very respectfully.
There's no problem for us if you are travelling with your pet, but take care that it doesn't make its physical needs -not in te house nor in the courtyard- or, if it happens, get all clean as soon as it happens.
There are 3 radiators in the apartment for the winter heating: the place is dry and with very big walls, so in a half a hour the apartment will be hot, please turn them off when you are leaving the apartment (you can also program them). In summer the house is fresh.
You will not need a car there, as you are in one of the best connected zones of the city, but if you come with your car take in consideration that it is a traffic-restricted zone for some hours: at night from 21.30 to 3.00 on Friday and Saturday all the year, then from May to October is also active on Wednesdays and Thursdays in the same hours. It is always active although in holidays, but in August is never active. You will find some places where to park for free, but the main parts of the neighbourhood are "blue line parkings" (to be paid). You can ask us where to park safely and for free.

Si prega di non fumare all'interno dell'appartamento (c'è un cortile a vostra disposizione).
La casa può ospitare 4persone, ma se serve possiamo trovare una brandina aggiunta per un bambino, e arrivare a 5, in quanto la casa è abbastanza spaziosa.
Ma considerate che c'è un solo bagno.
C'è solamente un piccolo scaldabagno per l'acqua calda: l'acqua arriva al rubinetto bollente, quindi normalmente con uno scaldabagno intero si possono fare 2 docce (o solo una lunga doccia). Quando poi lo scaldabagno è vuoto ci vuole un'ora per riempirlo di nuovo, quindi è necessario essere pronti a fare docce brevi oppure organizzarsi per non aver bisogno di fare più docce tutti nello stesso momento del giorno.
Il cortile è accessibile solo a 2 proprietari, quindi l'uso non è esclusivo per i nostri ospiti, in quanto è uno spazio tecnico del condominio e non un giardino privato.
Significa che possiamo usare il cortile, ma non dobbiamo dare problemi ai condomini, come dare feste, o fare rumori ecc. E 'assolutamente possibile utilizzarlo per fumare una sigaretta, sedersi e bere un caffè o fare una chiacchierata, o per stendere il bucato (per questo c'è il nostro stendino proprio lì).
Normalmente, a parte noi, solo una o due persone lo usano, molto raramente, per fumare una sigaretta, per parlare per telefono, o per pulirlo, e lo fanno sempre in orario di ufficio, e con molto rispetto.
Non c'è nessun problema per noi se viaggiate con il vostro animale domestico, ma fate attenzione che non faccia i suoi bisognini -nè in casa e nemmeno nel cortile- o, se succede, pulite tutto immediatamente.
Ci sono 3 radiatori elettrici per il riscaldamento invernale: il posto è asciutto e con pareti enormi, quindi in mezz'ora l'appartamento si riscalda. Vi preghiamo di spegnere i termosifoni quando si lascia l'appartamento (è anche possibile programmarli). In estate la casa è fresca.
Non avrete bisogno di una macchina, visto che sarete in una delle zone più collegate della città, ma se venite con la vostra auto prendete in considerazione che si tratta di una zona a traffico limitato per alcune ore: di notte dalle 21.30 alle 3.00 il venerdì e il sabato tutto l'anno, poi da maggio a ottobre è attivo anche il mercoledì e il giovedì nelle stesse ore. È sempre attivo anche nei festivi, ma in agosto non è mai attivo. Troverete alcuni posti dove parcheggiare gratuitamente, ma le parti principali del quartiere sono "strisce blu" (a pagamento). Per sapere le micro-zone dove parcheggiare gratis e in modo sicuro chiedeteci pure.
