  We spent great holidays at Kathy & Larry's House. They were extremely nice guests and we appreciate a lot exchanging with them. Many thanks also to their daughter Tracy who welcomed us in California and was of great help for anything we needed over there. The house is extremely comfortable and very well located in a calm and nice neighborhood. Ideal to use as a base camp for visiting Southern California, it is more or less half way from LA & San Diego and 45minutes from very nice pacific beaches. California has so much to discover and enjoy! We also took the opportunity to set-up a 10 days road trip towards US National parks (From Yosemite to Antelop & Gran Canyon) and Kathy was very helpful in providing us great tips for booking our trip. Many many thanks to all of them again.

• Amazing Southern California Vacation

  Rita and I had a wonderful time at this absolutely beautiful Murrieta, California home. This home was close to the many wonderful things to do in southern California and had everything that we needed. We visited Disneyland, California Adventure, San Diego, Oceanside and Carlsbad which were all wonderful but our favorite day was the Sunday afternoon wine tasting tours of the fabulous wineries of Temecula. I highly recommend this trade. You will not be disappointed.
