• A great start point to explore Belgium

  We really enjoyed our trip to Belgium. Zevenhiuzen (As) is a small, friendly village. The house is very cosy, modern and of course, our kids loved the pool! We visit Genk, Hasselt, Antwerp und Brussels, which you can reach in a short ride via car (30min/70 min). We recommend a visit in Borkrijk (open-air museum) and a visit in Hoge Kempen, a huge national park, where you can do a lot of different activities like bike riding, hiking, Minigolf… We didn´t know so far how nice and diversified Belgium is. Thanks a lot!

  We spent a fantastic time in Miet and Johan’s home ! A wonderful and very fonctionnal modern home. Very cosy and warmful too ! The bike paths are just beside the house ! We enjoying having ride across the wood. As is also ideally situated to visit a lot of great town : Hasselt and Maastricht 30mn drive, Tongeren, Anvers less than 1 hour and Bruxelles 1 hour ! Our boys really enjoyed playing in the garden and in the swimming pool ! Houseswaping with Miet and Johan is a great privilege ! They are very welcoming, full of attentivness. All our dealings were easy and informative , they answered our many questions with great knowledge and with ease. Our home was left perfect and although we didn't meet them personally - some neighboors said they were "a very lovely family" calm and very discrete. Lucky will be all the homelinkers having the chance to discover your beautiful region staying in your wonderful, warmful cosy home ! Thank you for all, Olivier, Florence, Elouan & Jonah

  We still talk about our holiday in your house with great memories. We felt at home right away and it was easy to see that you are a loving family with great love for your children. Rose loved all the girls toys and she still mentions Belgium and your house when she sees things that reminds her of our holiday. We all used your pool on the hot days and spend a great deal of time in your lovely garden. I went on a couple of bike rides and did about 300km on the roads around the area. Once to Valkenburg in Holland and another time to Liege. Belgium really is perfect for cycling. We also visited Maastricht and Brussels on day trips by car. You can be very proud of the home you have created for your family and thanks for letting us stay there this sommer. Hopefully you will have many succesful exchanges in the future.
