  The house was spacious and comfortable. We felt very welcome. The area around is fantastic for hiking and cycling. The family had a variety of sport equipment, including bicycles that we could choose to borrow. In the garden there were spaces to enjoy every meal in the sun or in the shadow depending on the weather. We had a very nice holiday, and will look back on memories of two very nice weeks.

  We were wellcomed very warm, and the house is as cosy as functional. Everything was clean and prepared for our well-being. Our children found heaps of toys and strolled around in the small village, with and without bicycle. The Auvergne is a great place to spend the holidays. We discovered lots of vulcano mountains, visited atmospheric villages and impressive churches, walked along small paths between waterfalls and diary pastures and swam in refreshing lakes embedded in a beautiful landscape. Clermont-Ferrand has a nice old town with handsome, quite unique shops. The weather was fine, offering warm or even hot days alternating windy, mild days. This kind of changing weather seems to be the normal climate in this region and was very comfortable. We left satisfied as well as sad about the end of our time there, and we thank our hosts for this lovely exchange!
