Description de notre maison d'échange
MEMBERS SINCE 1999
We are looking to exchange for 2 to 3 weeks either Spring 2016, and spring 2017 we would look at a winter exchange in the hotter places on the Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Gold Coast, Sydney or Adelaide. Preferably very close to the sea. We offer our holiday apartment in Waiwera which has just been totally refurbished. This apartment has never been rented out so is in very excellent as new condition and very comfortable.
We are able to do either a simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchange.
Waiwera beach is just off the main highway North from Auckland. Travel time is half an hour North from the Auckland harbour bridge. The block of apartments is right on the beach with only the beach reserve in front,
Waiwera is a thermal area, there is a hot thermal swimming pool and private spa pools exclusive to the residents and their guests these are heated from the hot springs. The sub tropical gardens and grounds are well kept by a resident caretaker.

Our Neighbourhood is quiet and vey peaceful. The reserve on the beachside of the apartment is always well kept and a 1 minute walk to the beach. There are pleasant walks to the other side of the estuary. . Wenderholm is a beautiful park and beach area a walk over the hill or by car. Well worth visiting the original heritage homestead there. Many interesting drives around the area or take a launch to some of the outlying islands.

Waiwera is a small safe private beach with thermal swimming pool exclusive to the apartment owners. There is also a large thermal swimming complex nearby. Orewa the nearest town is a 5 minute drive away and offers supermarkets, fashion shops, library, pharmacys, Arts & Crafts and a very long white sand beach.The area offers farmers markets,craft markets, country and town within easy distance.
