We are retired business executives and enjoy travelling. We are both from Canada but have been living in London for the past 18 years. We have 4 grown children - 2 in Canada and 2 in London. We have 5 grandchildren in Canada. We are recently empty nesters and would love to share our home with travellers with similar interests. We have a second home in Spain so we can be reasonably flexible with accommodating visitors in London.
We take pride in our home and would certainly look after your home as if it were our own.

Description de notre maison d'échange

Fully renovated 2 bedroom townhouse minutes from Paddington Station. First floor master bedroom with super king bed, ensuite shower room and large wardrobe. Second bedroom on second floor with king bed, large wardrobe, sitting room and full washroom with tub. Large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Cloakroom on the main floor. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, and fridge freezer. Access to the patio is from the lounge on the main floor.

The house is perfectly located for many of London's best-known attractions. It is walking distance to Hyde Park, Marylebone Village, Lords Cricket Ground, Buckingham Palace, Green Park, Kensington Gardens, Regents Canal and Little Venice, Regents Park and Oxford Street.

Paddington is a vibrant neighbourhood with numerous multi-cultural restaurants - everything from great pubs to Thai, Indian, Italian and Middle Eastern cuisines. We have excellent transport links - 5 min walk to Paddington Station for the Heathrow Express. Easy access to 5 mainline train stations, walking distance to 5 tube lines and numerous buses.

A short bus ride to some of London's best museums - Victoria and Albert, Natural History, The National Gallery, The Portrait Gallery, to name just a few.
