We can only say that Rachel and Will's house is amazing. You immediately feel at home in a house full of space, rooms and light, with beautiful bedrooms and views of the bay in addition to its wonderful garden. It is an ideal place to visit, not only Belfast, but Northern Ireland. We have spent some great days visiting this beautiful country and its wonderful people. Rachel / Will would like to say that you are excellent hosts and we are very grateful that you have allowed us to stay in your beautiful house, and thank you Matthew for letting us use his room. In Madrid you have a new friends.

Thanks Will and Rachel, your home was a delightful house to exchange with. The views from the house were just as stunning as described beforehand and the rooms very spacious, comfortable as well as convenient. As you know, we visited as a couple, but our friend's who couldn't join us missed out! We found Holywood very friendly and enjoyed the excellent communications to Belfast city centre. The house is in a perfect position to explore Belfast and we made the most of everything it had to offer. The coastline of the Lough being such a short walk from the High Street gave us the opportunity to take lovely coastal walks and we had some good nights at Coast restaurant. Thank you Will and Rachel for a very enjoyable exchange.

While Belfast is definitely a vibrant and modern city, you can still feel its interesting history and old splendor. Rachel and Will's home is the best spot to explore the city and the coastline of Northern Ireland offering much space, a scenic garden and terrace with great views onto the sea and lots of freetime activities for kids of all ages. A spacious family home convenient for Belfast and the Coast. This was our first visit to Northern Ireland and my daughter is already planning to come back.

We had a wonderful break staying in Will and Rachel's beautiful Holywood home. The views across Belfast are stunning. We loved exploring the beaches around Belfast and found the many leaflets and maps that were provided to us very helpful. The home is large and spacious and the family are walm, friendly, welcoming hosts.

We have a wonderful stay over November half term. Rachel & Will left a lovely guide for us. The games rooms/basement and toy space was a big hit for the kids while we relaxed in the living areas. Lots to see locally such as w5, Titanic, Stormont estate, Ulster museum, Queens. Hollywood is a nice places with lots of cafes. Easy trip into the city. Thanks for a great exchange.

Très différent de chez nous, très dépaysant , superbe vue sur la mer et la ville, proches, magnifique lever et coucher de soleil , plaisir de vivre comme en pleine nature dans la véranda ,de s'endormir et se réveiller en voyant évoluer les oiseaux, les bateaux et les nuages. Agréable promenade au bord de la mer avec étape au Suitor's café très accueillant. Beaucoup de livres intéressants dans la maison .Merci pour ce très bel échange.

Thank You to Will and Rachel for helping to make our exchange to Holywood a memorable experience. For first-timers to Northern Ireland, the magnificent house and area set the tone for a great week. We were welcomed to the house by a tasty home cooked meal and provided with lots of information about the wider area , to plan excursions etc. The house ticked all the boxes for our family, with the children spending most indoor waking hours downstairs in the extensive games room, whilst the adults relaxed in the lovely living area with views of the large boats entering and exiting Belfast. There were plenty of bikes left for us all to see the greater Holywood area and beyond . It was argued that we may have come back from this exchange fitter than we arrived...and that would be a first ! Thanks to Will,Rachel and boys for a great exhange ...with great exchange partners. Best Wishes for the future, Michael,Niamh and Girls. Holywood is a lovely town, with an extensive coastal walkway and access to lovely coffee shops and restaurants . It is roughly midway between the City of Belfast and the large town of Bangor, both of which offered plenty of entertainment,shopping and historical options for us. The Antrim coastal driveway is very accesible and led us to some beautiful unspoilt beaches.

We had a relaxing short family holiday at Will and Rachel's fantastic home. The views from their home are amazing and the area is very peaceful and calm, though just a few minutes drive from all the tourist attractions at the Titanic quarter in Belfast. We were given a warm welcome, and the children really enjoyed playing pool in the games room.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Rachel and Will's beautiful home with fabulous views of Belfast Lough. It is ideally located for visiting Belfast and its many attractions, but is also within walking distance of the lovely town of Holywood. We enjoyed exploring Redburn Country Park which is very close to the house and we also loved strolling along the coastal path to Seapark, where there is a great playground. There is also a fantastic playground at Stormont which is close by and beautiful walks through the historic grounds. There is just so much to see and do in the area (and further afield). When we were not on the go, we enjoyed relaxing in the fabulous house and the boys couldn't believe their luck with the games room downstairs! Thank you again Will, Rachel and family for your hospitality and a great exchange.

Thoroughly recommend this fabulous home and Will & Rachel as generous hosts. Fantastic location for exploring Belfast, Co. Down and Antrim. Loads of space and activities for the children (who were in heaven) inside and outside the house. We had a fab holiday, very grateful.

We had such a great time at Will and Rachel's house. It was full of fun and amusement to entertain the kids - they loved the indoor soccer pitch and we had great family table tennis tournaments. The toys and games kept them all entertained for the whole holiday - in fact it was hard to get them to leave the house!! The area had so much to do too and we have already decided that we will go back to visit that part of the world again. The house was large and spacious and everything was clean and comfortable. It really was a home away from home. The warm welcome we had was lovely too- a great experience for our first home exchange.

Staying at Will and Rachel's is like taking your family to Disney Land. There is so much to do in their house that you wouldn't need to leave if you didn't want to. Their home is ideally situated near the lovely town of Holywood, packed with great cafes and restaurants. And it is a short distance from W5 and The Titanic Museum. There is so much to do in and around their area- pack extra time!

Thank you Will and Rachel! It was home from home for us in your house and our French friends thoroughly enjoyed the comfort as did we. We really appreciated the meal and wine and all the information you left for us. It was fantastic to come home to so much washing having been done - much more than was necessary but very welcome. What a wonderful stay we had in Belfast. The house was so confortable and spacious! It was just perfect for the kids when it happened to be rainy outside. The region is absolutely fantastic and many attractions are quite close (Dublin, the giant causeway, hikings,...) Our place was absolutely spotless when we came back and our guests were trully trusty and friendly people! It was an excellent house swap and we keep a great memory of it!

We really enjoyed our Easter spent in Will and Rachel's beautiful and well equipped home. It has a great location - close to Belfast yet on a quiet road. When we weren't out and about the boys loved to spend time in the games room, particularly they liked the table tennis table. We visited the Titanic Experience, went on a Taxi Tour of Belfast, Crumlin Road Gaol Museum, Bushmills, the Giants' Causeway and much more. Closer to home we enjoyed walking in the local woods. We also visited Holywood Golf Club ( a few yards down the road) for lunch and while there the boys were thrilled to be allowed to hold the replicas of Rory McIlroy's 3 Major trophies. We had an amazing first exchange in Will & Rachel's house. Our son loved the huge games room, especially the indoor football net! There was so much to see in Belfast & we came home in the evening to a lovely welcoming house.

We loved staying in the 'big house' as my three year old daughter called it. I grew up in Holywood, just along the road from Will and Rachels house, so it was great to be able to spend time there again and brought back lots of childhood memories. Rachel left us some homemade brownies which were delicious, a lovely welcome gift. The house is very comfortable with large rooms and loads of space including a whole floor just to play in (table tennis, drum kit and indoor hockey were all enjoyed by my daughters). Holywood is a great base from which to explore the whole of Northern Ireland. There is so much to see and do there for both children and grown ups but I will list a few of our personal favourites: A visit to W5 and the Titanic centre are top of the list and you can spend a whole day in each place. Trips to the Giant's Causeway and a drive up the Antrim Coast, the Mourne mountains, Tullymore forest park, Mountstewart and Boulder World for indoor climbing, the Aurora Acquatic centre in Bangor for swimming (it has flumes and waves) and the Dundonald ice bowl if you need indoor activities. The house backs on to Holywood golf course where Rory McIlroy learnt to play golf and has the most fabulous views out across Belfast Loch. Thanks Will and Rachel for making our first house exchange so pleasant and enjoyable.
