We have had a wonderful time in this very beautiful part of the world, with the rolling farmland, spectacular coast, small coves and picturesque villages. The home and car were fantastic - spotless, warm, welcoming and well equipped. It was also very nice to come home to our house looking so lovely - and to have holidayed knowing our home was being looked after so well.

Thoroughly enjoyed the home, the economical car and GPS and the lovely market town. We were also within good travelling times for much of Devon and Cornwall north and south of Derriton (Holsworthy)where we were. Local shopping was excellent- supermarkets, cafes and pubs with friendly staff. Neighbours were probably friendly too and although we had their details we were hardly ever home so didn't get to meet them.

WE HAVE AN EXCHANGE TO AUSTRALIA FOR SPRING 2019.

WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR AN EXCHANGE TO AUSTRALIA BETWEEN MID NOVEMBER 2019 AND MID APRIL 2020

We are retired, early sixties and proud of our well maintained home. We are looking for an exchange with a similar couple and would treat your home with the same respect as we do our own.

Our lovely modern detached bungalow is set in its own 6 acre plot with breathtaking country views stretching to the moors of Devon and Cornwall.

Four double bedrooms - 3rd & 4th being used as ironing room & games room.

Main bathroom with shower + bath.

En-suite with shower.

Study with wi-fi available

Lounge /Diner with SMART TV + HD recorder + Blu Ray/surround sound.

Separate cloakroom

Newly fitted kitchen with all modern appliances ( including 6 burner range cooker ) and countryside views.

Newly fitted utility room.

We have a 2013 auto Hyundai car which we are happy to swap with you subject to insurance.

The market town of Holsworthy is a ten minute walk away. The Cathedral city of Exeter with its inter-city rail and motorway links is 40 miles away.

Please note we do have a cat who will go into a cattery during the exchange.

We are on the doorstep of the beautiful Devon / Cornwall coast with their many pretty fishing villages. Dartmoor National Park and the Jurassic Coast are also within easy driving distance.
