The apartment is located in a safe and quiet compound with a guardian and an entrance's digital code. The building is a typical 1930's style with red bricks. The underground is defintly close ( Picpus Station direct to Eiffel Tower or Nation Station direct to the Champs Elysées ). There are many shops next to our home: bakery, cheese shop, supermarket Parisian bars and restaurants.
The flat is at the ground floor and is composed with :
- first room with a 140cm double bed
- second room with a 140cm double bed and an extra 90cm single bed.
- living room with two large windows, a six persons dinning table, a sofa and a TV
- kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
- bathroom with bath and washing machine (dry machine available at self service laundry close to the apartment)
- a separate WC.
- small dressing useful for clothes and luggages.
