We are a retired couple who love to travel. We have been exchanging our holiday apartment for many years now through another home exchange site and find it an enjoyable way to travel and see other parts of the world and immerse in their culture. Every exchange has been positive. As it is our second home you could come out at any time of the year that suits you.
We have family who live near by if we are not around at the time of the exchange.

Description de notre maison d'échange
Our holiday apartment has 3 bedrooms sleeping 5. 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. It is on 3 levels so there are a lot of stairs to keep you fit. It is in a block of 23 apartments just across the road from a beautiful sandy beach where you can surf, swim, fish and enjoy all the beach has to offer.

Description de notre quartier et ses alentours
We have a shopping mall 10 minutes walk which has department stores and many shops (over 100) including a food mall, and many restaurants. Mount Maunganui is the Main town which is a 10 minute drive where there are more shops, hot pools and lovely restaurants. There is an Aquatic Centre, 2 golf courses, bridge club, Bowls club and the ASB stadium which hosts many events all within a 10 minute drive. The beach is just across the road where you can surf, swim fish and have all that the beach has to offer.
Rotorua where all the Maori Culture is plus many tourist activities is just 50 minute drive.
