It was a pleasure to stay in Olive and Mike's home on the Mirimar Peninsula in Wellington. It was a great base for hilltop walks and lovely harbour views and still not far to drive into the central city. The lovely outlook from the sunny and comfortable well presented home was especially appreciated.

We had a really great time here. The house is very comfortable and we felt so much at home. Olive, Mike and family are such a welcoming friendly family it was lovely to meet them. They very generously also let us use their beach home where we had a great relaxing weekend. Their main house is very conveniently located for visiting downtown Wellington, but also several beaches and well mapped out walking trails. There is lots to do in Wellington - good museums, galleries, nice harbour area and shops galore - and all just a short bus ride away. All perfect :)

We had a truly fantastic experience exchanging with Mike and Olive. Both their homes are in wonderful locations. Very comfortable and classic 'slices' of kiwi living and all that's great about NZ. Lots of attractions and things to do within minutes of their homes, and great suggestions and instructions provided.

Our family had a wonderful stay in the Wellington home. Our host was extremely kind and gracious offering us information and picking us up from the airport. The guide book was informative and we visited them on Christmas day, was nice to connect with another family on Christmas when you are away from home, as that is what the holiday is all about, family and friends getting together to enjoy the company. Thank you for everything, it was our best Christmas ever!
