The ground floor (no stairs!) apartment located in the historic district of Santo Spirito. It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed but also a sofa that can be pulled out to a bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make great meals. The apartment has reliable WiFi, TV with many International channels and a washer and dryer!

From the apartment it is a short 5 minutes walk to Piazza Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. The main Station in Florence, Santa Maria Novella, is only 15mins away by walk. Bus stops, restaurants, pharmacies and cool shops are in the neighbourhood. We ask that you do not have any parties there is a city noise ordinance in effect at 11pm. Smoking is not allowed in the building.
