Our apartment of 130 m2, renovated in 1999 is located in a building of 1830, typically Parisian (oak floors, fireplaces, and ceiling moldings). We are on the fifth floor without elevator (this is our only fault!). We have a veranda of 20 m2 with views of Montmartre is our green area. Very sunny and bright because all rooms have windows. We also have a lot of green plants, which I would ask you to water.In addition the street is very calm. All the people who exchanged with us, we were delighted with their stay since 1992 ! There are 3 bedrooms: 2 with a bed of 140 + 1 with 1 bed of 90 + 1 sofa bed of 140 in the living room. The kitchen is modern with dishwasher and microwave and the bathroom (facing south) has a large bathtub and a washing machine. We also have two TVs with VCR and computer and wi-fi.
